During the Advent season, our focus turns to hope, embodied in Jesus Christ. Drawing from Psalm 130, we learn that hope involves expecting Jesus to act in our lives and crying out to God from our struggles. This hope transforms us, producing joy and leading us to live in obedience. As followers of Jesus, we are called to be agents of hope, sharing it through acts of service and reflecting on the assurance of God's forgiveness.
