Prayer is essential for growing and developing a passion for Jesus aligning us with his plans and his purposes. If we want to see his Kingdom released, it all starts with his people praying.

Alsbury Prayer opportunities are intended to grow us personally and to unleash his Kingdom by uniting our families, our church, and our community in prayer.

“I will give you a new heart and put a new Spirit in you”
Ezekiel 36:26

Alsbury has adopted the 10th day of each month as a day to pray for revival and spiritual awakening of our church and community.  Our goal is to have all 24 hours covered in prayer. Prayer prompts and 1 hour sign ups are available below or through our church app.

G300 Gathering

“And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered was shaken”. Acts 4:31

Partnering with Southwest Metroplex Baptist Association, Alsbury gathers with other Johnson County churches to pray from 10am-11am on the 1st Saturday of each month. The location of each prayer gathering can be found on our calendar.

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and in fellowship, and to sharing in meals and prayer.
Acts 2:42

Alsbury is a church of Life Groups, and this is where our most intimate prayers take place. If you are not a part of a lifegroup, click for more information.

Personal Prayer

“Call to me and I will answer you. I will tell you great and hidden things you have not known.”  ‭‭
Jeremiah 33:3

Prayer is a biblical practice connecting us with God. When we pray, we experience his power and presence, impacting our own lives and changing our world.

These resources are available to help you engage in prayer as a daily practice.
