As a church family our primary values are summarized with three words.
Eliminating barriers, we connect with others in meaningful relationship.
Sharing life together, we become fully-devoted followers of Christ.
Following Jesus, we engage our neighbors with the gospel.
We look for and create opportunities to connect with and engage our neighbors, whether across the street or around the world, as together we become fully-devoted followers of Christ.
This Tuesday evening, October 31, our neighbors will be out-and-about all over our community. Our “Trunk-or-Treat Block Party” is a tremendous opportunity to meet hundreds of people who would not typically connect with our church family.
When Paul visited Athens he was surrounded by statues devoted to pagan deities. He didn’t affirm the culture’s preoccupation with false gods. Instead, he capitalized on the reality and pointed people to the One True God and to Jesus, our Savior.
When did you last connect with neighbors in need of Jesus?
When did you last invite neighbors to your Life Group to become fully-devoted followers of Christ?
When did you last engage neighbors with the gospel?
This Tuesday, October 31, you and your Life Group have the opportunity to do all three. If you have yet to connect with a Life Group this is a chance to do so.
